Cesar is our Onboarding Manager here at Your Virtual Adjuster and in the time that he’s been working with us, he has helped welcome hundreds of new roofing partners and explained to them our unique claims process and onboard them onto our easy to use mobile claims app. On a typical day, he will be speaking with contractors from all over the US to make sure that they understand how the insurance claims process works and what to expect when they start submitting their customer’s claims to YVA.
Outside of work, Cesar loves to spend time with his family at home and go out on road trips and adventures with his children!
