As Sales Manager, Aldo helps implement better processes within the sales department so that relationship managers can better service YVA’s roofing partners! He also makes sure that the YVA onboarding process is always updated with continuing education classes for roofers on insurance claims. On a regular day, you can find him working on Spanish outreach to help Latin/Hispanic contractors increase their revenue through understanding the insurance claims process!
When he isn’t at work, Aldo loves to cook for his friends and family with his favorite style of food being Portuguese and Mediterranean dishes!
